Order conditions
For orders less than €/$ 500 where product is in stock a €/$50 handling fee will be applied. Minimum order per product in stock is 1 g. For products not in stock, minimum order requirement and lead-time will be advised.

Storage
The products are kept in refrigerator or in freezer according to the valid specification of each product.

Payment
Payment to be made in advance until credit rating has been established and specific payment terms have been agreed.

Delivery
Terms of delivery = Ex works (INCOTERMS 2000). All prices quoted are on an ex.works basis unless otherwise stated. Delivery time = 7-10 days after receipt of payment if the product is in stock.

Samples
We will hold the full order requirement for 30 days after sending a sample. If no reply is received from the customer within this time we cannot guarantee a full delivery of the order.

Returned goods policy
Allergon must authorise all returns in advance or they will not be accepted. Allergon reserves the right to refuse or reject any return or credit for product opened or out of the control of cGMP guidelines. Report errors or omissions to your order within five days of receipt. No returns are allowed after 30 days from receipt .
